Disclaimer: Mobile Phone Device seizure and SIM Card Seizure is able to recover deleted SMS data associated with transmission of text data on a GSM network. However, some cell/mobile phones store part or all data including binary. This will have an impact on the device storage space. For full analysis it is always better to test both sim and device at the same time. If that is the case, the recovery of this data will not be possible using SIM Card Seizure alone. As with any deleted data, recovery depends on whether or not the information has been overwritten with new information. Because of these factors, Monarch Private Investigations holds no responsibility for the amount of recovered data. Each user uses their device in many different ways and this will have an impact on recoverable data, i.e. if the user is using the mobile web more than texting then storage will be assigned to web address etc. The information that is recovered is exactly what is stored in the phone or Sim at the time of analysis.
